Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Finer Paving are free of charge and are based on the information given at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the site, material availability, weather, or additional labor or equipment required after an on-site evaluation.

Scheduling and Project Timeline

Scheduled project dates are approximate and may be affected by weather conditions, site readiness, or unforeseen circumstances. Finer Paving will communicate any necessary schedule changes and work to reschedule as soon as possible.

Deposits and Payments

For larger or multi-phase projects, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, or agreed-upon electronic payments.

Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary based on the type of service and materials used and will be provided in writing prior to the start of your project. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, lack of maintenance, weather, or pre-existing sub-base issues.

Site Access and Utilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring the worksite is accessible and free of obstacles. Finer Paving is not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities. We recommend contacting your local utility locator service before work begins.

Property Condition

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Finer Paving of any special conditions (e.g., irrigation systems, invisible fencing, septic tanks). We are not responsible for damage to unreported installations.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made without sufficient notice or if work has already commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Finer Paving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
